Online Coaching is designed for clients that have an adequate understanding of movements, exercises and who are competent in a gym setting to perform movements with proper technique.
Along with your own knowledge and my guidance you will aim to excel further towards your goal, be it: body composition, strength or sport related goals.
You will have your own personally designed program accessible via a mobile app. Here each session will
be planned out in front of you. You will be sending me weekly feedback with regards to weights used,
how your session went etc.
Not sure of any exercise?
With each exercise there is a short video taking you through the proper form and technique.
Banging out session after session in the gym will not cut it for most of my clients' goals.
The real hard work will be in the kitchen. You will need to focus on
your nutrition. Through my Online Coaching, I will guide you through
step by step what I believe is the best method of changing your
diet for a more long term, sustainable approach.
